She earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership, combining expertise in public health, career development, and leadership in education. Her professional experience includes roles at Starbucks Corporation, Merial Limited, Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and the Association of American Medical Colleges, where she has developed expertise in corporate management while advancing student success, leadership initiatives, and workforce development.
